I’m Ready to Lose Weight

I’ve tried diet and exercise on my own, but I’ve been thinking lately that I am ready for a weight loss solution where I go and have a doctor monitor my progress. I only needed to lose weight once in my past and that was in my 20s. I used diet pills, lost the weight, and kept it off for years.
My post-baby, post-divorce weight is another issue. I feel like now that my blood pressure is high, I do not want to risk taking any weight loss medication without a doctor being involved. I went to pick up my daughter at her little summer camp at our church and was talking to her teacher and men and dating and self esteem and all of the issues that a newly single person thinks about. The subject of weight popped up and she mentioned that the pastor’s wife had lost all her weight with the assistance of a particular doctor in the area.
So, tomorrow I am calling. I guess all I needed was a success story I could see with my eyes.
I wish you the best of luck. Remember that you can be successful and that you have done this before. Just don’t quit. You can do it. Work hard, and love yourself. If you do that, everything else will fall into place.
