Life on Florida’s West Coast

Line Rage at Disney’s Mad Tea Party

Some people are just way too amped up. If you are going to be happy in life, you need to seriously learn to pick your battles. Taking this life lesson to heart would really help 52-year-old Gloria Walker of Alabama.

Last summer, Walker was arrested for what amounts to Line-Rage. Aimee Krause of Clermont, FL says Walker beat and choked her over an argument about who was first in line for the “Mad Tea Party” ride at Disney’s Magic Kingdom.

Yes, this woman went ballistic over who was going to be allowed to enter the Teacup ride first.

Initially, Walker was simply questioned after the incident and allowed to return home to Alabama. Afterwards a judge noticed how severe the victim’s injuries were, so he signed an arrest warrant for Walker.

Walker was offered a plea deal that would have put her behind bars for one year. She rejected the deal and now she is in court and if she is found guilty, could be looking at 16 years in prison

A 10-year-old girl witness told a judge yesterday that she saw Walker punch and pull another theme park visitor’s hair.

Our modern society is seriously bankrupt when it comes to personal self control.
