Why I Love the Netflix Queue

This is an informal proclamation of my love. My love for Netflix and their Queue.
Video stores irritate me. It probably started back when I was married and my husband would insist on making most of the choices. I signed up for Netflix and I controlled the Queue. So, I had my say in what movies I wanted to see and they were sent to the house when the came available. No more irritating trips to the video store was just a happy side effect.
I loved that I could login at Netflix and within seconds add the newest releases to my Queue, re-order which movies I wanted closer to the top of my list, and even add titles that have not yet been released (but they will automatically pop up into the main queue once they are!!).
So, let’s say you are interested in seeing “Trip Out” The Movie by Westlake Entertainment, because much like me you have heard that the screenplay is insanely brilliant. Your local video store is probably a lot like mine and only buys a handful of copies of the edgier movies like “Trip Out”. Instead you just go to the Trip Out Netflix Page and with the click of your mouse, you can add it to your Netflix queue and forget about it. Before you know it you will open up your mailbox and find the disc. Effortless.
Need I say more? I just don’t do the video store anymore.
