Life on Florida’s West Coast

Things to do in Florida: Romantic Key West

I had my Honeymoon in Key West. While I had been there several times before with family and fiends, I now pretty much associate that particular Key with my Honeymoon and the romance of the location. I know, I’m not married anymore, but I am a strong proponent of holding onto the positive memories in your life. There is no reason to give up the memories of our fabulous B&B, the snorkeling, the amazing food, and the stunning sunsets.

Although Key West is a family friendly destination, it is really what you make of it – and when we were on our Honeymoon we pretty much tuned out the rest of the world and just marveled in the tropical beauty of the place. It was the middle of July and SO hot, but that means that that it was off-season and there were not crowds. We were able to park out car in the middle of town and walk to everyplace we wanted to see. The snorkeling trip we took was on a boat that would have held 45 people, but there were only nine of us. We got reservations for restaurants without a hitch and tours were readily available.

If you are headed to Key West anytime soon, do yourself a favor and look into Trusted Tours & Attractions. Not only will they give you a concise list of things to do in Key West, you can get discounted tour tickets, vacation ideas, and register to win a free Canon PowerShot digital camera.
