Snowboarding Memories

Sports are a particular kind of thing. I think what you prefer to play and even watch (on some level) can tell people a lot about yourself. Most of my friends are the types who ride snowboards, rather than traditional skis, for example. I suppose I attach a youthful daredevil sensibility to snowboarding. There is something delightfully off-center about my friends. I think you can see a parallel here.
Now, you might guess I do a lot less in the area of winter sports now that I live in Florida. You would be correct. I left my very pretty, girly snowboard in West Virginia with a friend back when I moved down here. I figured I would only need it when I made it back up that way. I was right. 
I found a luscious board on Christy Sports website and it has me remembering taking off after work when I lived up north so I could go with a couple of friends and hit the local runs. I miss that kind of last minute fun.
