		<description>Yes, the Google ads are contextual. So, the ad server &quot;sees&quot; the text on the page and fetches ads that are in context. I think it&#039;s great, because you are more likely to see an ad about a product or service you are actually interested in. 

I have heard some of them are geotargeted. I&#039;ve seen ads for Fl and Tampa businesses, but wondered if that was just due to the theme of my blog. I think you seeing one for Portland confirms the geotargeted system.</description>
