I think it's great, because you are more likely to see an ad about a product or service you are actually interested in. I have heard some of them are geotargeted. I've seen ads for Fl and Tampa businesses, but wondered if that was just due to the theme of my blog. I think you seeing one for Portland confirms the geotargeted system.
