Has anyone used that See Clearly vision improvement system?

Today, someone on my local Freecycle group offered an unopened set of See Clearly tapes and since I had always been very curious about the system, I requested it. I just got home from picking it up and I think I might pop the fist tape in the VCR in a minute.

I have bad vision. My eyes are worse than either of my parents. I know the fact that need vision correction is hereditary, but I have no idea who I inherited my level of near-sightedness from. It’s pathetic. ? I happily wear contact lenses, though. I used to have problems with mineral buildup, until I started wearing disposable lenses years and years ago. I’m all good now.

Still, the idea that I could perhaps improve my vision a bit is intriguing. Have any of you used the system and found it to work? I would love your input.
