They are taking rights away from business owners and individuals as a whole. It should be up to the business owner what happens in there establishment and not up to the government. It ticks me off to no end they the government thinks that the personal safety of individuals is any of their business. If I want to be in dangerous places, that is my business. If businesses want to have a smoking section that is their business, if waitresses want to work in that smoking section that is their business. Government should butt out.
