That's what I try to do with Drivel, keep it pretty "pure". I think of Drivel as my art blog and Directives as my commerce blog.

My feelings exactly. When my accounts/website/blogs got hacked last month, I was forced to take a step back and just not blog for a week or so. And it gave me the clarity to know what to do. We had created a new domain to get away from teh hacker, but I realized a week or so later that that would undo all the work I've done for page ranking on my main blog. So, my main blog stays the same, where I AM concerned about page rank, monetizing it, etc. BUT, the new domain my host created because of the hacker problems, I decided to make it an "ad-free" place. Get back to the basics of blogging. I had a diary briefly at Diaryland, and several other places, but finally settled on getting my own domain. I miss the days of blogging for the simplicity of blogging. And decorating with graphics and such. So, my other blog "Serenity" --is just for that purpose. And I try to give it as much attention and time as my paid blog gets. Friendship and networking -- for the sake of just friendship, and not link love has its own merit and worth. And I miss that.

All of this to say - I totally agree with you as well:)

If your other blogs are indication, I don't think you have to much to be concerned about. Your blogs are still your blogs.

You're stressing me out! AHHHHHHHH! j/k Ha ha. I'm trying to figure out what my niche will be too. Lately I've been writing more about blogging (how to be a better blogger and so on) because that's where my interest has been lately. Though I think with more time, it will surely switch to something else net related.

And I feel that if I was lucky and knew what my blog was about now, things would be a whole lot easier in some senses. But in other senses, things are going well, people are reading, people are visiting...so I guess I shouldn't be complaining right?
